Schlarbtreffen 2006

Dear Schlarbs, after five years we want to arrange another big Schlarbtreffen here in Kirschroth.

Everybody who is interested in the name Schlarb is invited. We sent off around 260 invitation letters to nearly every Schlarb in germany.

The Schlarbtreffen will start on friday, 23th in June and end on sunday 25th.

The meeting will be very informal except of some planned events anybody may participate.

Program:

Friday, 23th
on the afternoon: arrival of the guests, room assignment
in the evening/at night: relaxed welcome meeting

Saturday, 24th
10:00 Uhr: Start at the village hall for the trip to Fischbach and to visit the coppermine
12:30 Uhr: Lunch at castle Dhaun (Johann Adam Schlarb celebrated his golden wedding here in 1661)
15:00 Uhr: coffee and cake in the village hall in Kirschroth
19:00 Uhr: Dinner in the village hall in Kirschroth with Spießbraten and salad bar

Sunday, 25th
09:30 Uhr: short worship in the church, afterwards walk through the village and the vineyard
12:00 Uhr: Lunch in the village hall

We ask you to announce your visit here in Kirschroth, so we can plan more close. There are enough rooms to let, so if you want to stay overnight you should reserve soon enough.
